Consumer behaviour is constantly changing with every new product or service introduced to the market. While there is not a “shortage” of customers, it is easy to take comfort in knowing that the marketing strategies are effective.

 

The increase in the use of mobile technology has increased the demand to market via these platforms. A decline in new customers may be because your customer is into something new and you are not.

 

Look at what’s selling and what isn’t.

 

Do you understand your customer enough for your marketing to reach them? Prepare your business for growth by asking customers how they heard about your business. Find out what other ways they are informed of products and services.
